We are a bathroom mirror and bathroom vanity manufacturer ,we design ,produce and sales LED bathroom mirror ourselves .
Q2. Can I Have a Sample Order for LED Mirror?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
Q12. What is Your Payment Term?
A:30% by T/T as the deposit and balance before shipment
Q3. What About the Lead Time?
A:It will takes 7-15 days to make sample , Full order production time is about 30-50 days, it depends on the quantity.
Q4. What is Your MOQ? Is it Possible to Get a Sample ?
A: Normally MOQ is 50pcs/item. We would like to supply you the sample for quality checking.
The shipping charge will be advised once you choose the sample.
Q5. Is it OK to Print my Logo on the Product?
A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
Q6.Where is Your Factory and Showroom?
A: We are located in Xiaoshan district of Hangzhou city. We have the showroom at our factory. Welcome to visit us!

A: Yes our led bathroom mirrors are CE/ETL/UL/ROSH certified
Q8: What’s Your QUALITY Standard?
A: We control all our in material and out products quality as per AQL 2.5/4.0
Q8. What is the Warranty of Your LED Bathroom Mirrors?
A: We offer three (3) years warranty and free spare parts during the warranty period.
Q9. How Long is Your Delivery Time?
A:Typical lead time for full container orders are 4 to 6 weeks. LCL order lead time is 3-4 weeks.
Q10.Are Special Orders Possible? Do You Produce Customer Size ?
A:Special orders is acceptable, but only for large volumes order .
Minimum order quantity will vary depending on size , shape.

A: Firstly, let us know your requirements or application.
Secondly, We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.
Thirdly, customer confirms the samples and places deposit for formal order.

A: 1) Our sales will sent you details photos and videos of mirror when order finished .
2) We can sent a sample before bulk order produce if needed .
3) You can employ a inspection company such as SGS,BV to check the mirror before shipping .
Q.14.How Do You Ship the Order?
A.It is up your quantity ,for large quantity ,we ship with container by sea.
For smaller quantity ,we ship with LCL by sea.
If urgent order ,we can ship via airplane .
Usually ,All Luxdream products ship from Ningbo/Shanghai port, China.
Q15. What if My Mirror Arrives Damaged?
If your product arrives with shipping damage, You must take photos of the packaging and the damaged product and send to your sales representative .We will arrange for a free collection and replacement as soon as possible.

A Yes , we have catalog but not all of our product on it .
